Questions about buying
How do I get my licence?
Your licence key is emailed to you right after you pay. Paste it into Settings in the app. It's checked on your computer, without the internet.
Why is the price different in my country?
Prices are set for each country so Wildlife Engine is fair to photographers everywhere. You pay the price for the country of your billing address, which checkout confirms before you pay.
How can I pay?
By card or PayPal through our payment partner, which handles the checkout, your receipt and any local tax. We never see your card details.
What happens when the trial ends?
Everything you made stays: ratings, names and sorted folders, and photos already analysed can still be browsed and sorted. Buy Pro to cull and name more photos; the app shows how many trial photos and days are left before every cull.
What happens if I stop my yearly plan?
Pro keeps working until the end of the year you paid for. Your photos, ratings and folders are always yours.
Can I use it on more than one computer?
One licence is for one computer (Windows, Mac or a NAS), plus the Wildlife Engine Android app on your phone. For another computer, buy a second licence. Changing to a new computer? Email us and we move your licence.
How accurate is it?
It's right most of the time, but it's AI, and no AI is 100% correct. Expect some wrong species names (mostly look-alikes, distant or hidden animals) and some ratings you'd change. Setting your region makes names much more accurate, and you can correct anything in the app. Please judge it on your own photos with the free trial before you buy.
Do you offer refunds?
Please use the free trial first: every feature, 500 photos or 10 days, so you know it works for you. After that, purchases are final, except if it doesn't work on your computer and we can't fix it (full refund within 14 days) or where the law gives you a refund right. See the refund policy.
